By accessing and using Elementary Cargo services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.
Logistics Services
Elementary Cargo provides cargo coordination services by air, sea, and land. All services are subject to availability and applicable international transport regulations.
Quotes and Payments
Quotes provided are valid for 7 days unless otherwise specified. Prices may vary based on market conditions, fuel surcharges, and exchange rates. Payment must be made according to agreed terms.
Liability
Elementary Cargo liability is limited according to applicable international conventions (Montreal Convention, Hague-Visby Rules, CMR). Additional cargo insurance is strongly recommended.
Prohibited Goods
Certain items are prohibited or restricted from transport, including but not limited to: explosives, illegal materials, counterfeit goods, and certain hazardous materials without proper documentation.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be notified in writing. Cancellation charges may apply depending on the timing of notification and costs already incurred. Please refer to our specific cancellation policy for each service.
Force Majeure
Elementary Cargo shall not be liable for delays or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, or government actions.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

Delivery times, availability, and prices depend on shipment details and operational conditions. All quotations are non-binding and subject to confirmation.
